Booking Limits is an app that helps site owners control booking capacity by applying daily and service-specific booking limits. The app is provided by the independent developer identified in the Booking Limits listing in the Wix App Market. The developer is based in Denmark.

1. Information processed by Booking Limits

To provide booking-limit functionality, Booking Limits may process limited technical and booking-related information supplied through Wix, including:

• technical app-installation identifiers used to keep each site owner's data separate;
• technical request and item identifiers used for validation and operational logging;
• service identifiers, booking date/time, time zone, and booking status/count information needed to determine current capacity;
• settings configured by the site owner, such as global and service-specific daily limits; and
• limited operational records about booking attempts prevented by configured limits.

A Wix booking-validation request can technically contain customer contact fields such as name, email address, phone number, or address. The current Booking Limits limit-validation logic does not use those fields to make its booking-limit decision and does not intentionally store those customer contact fields in Booking Limits' own app storage.

2. How the information is used

• apply the booking limits configured by the site owner;
• count relevant existing bookings when checking capacity;
• save and retrieve Booking Limits settings;
• show operational information such as prevented bookings; and
• maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

3. Services used to provide Booking Limits

Booking Limits relies on Wix services and APIs for app installation and booking information. App configuration and limited operational data are stored using Supabase. Booking validation is processed by a hosted backend service. These providers may process technical information as necessary to deliver their services.

This legal website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. When you visit these public legal pages, Cloudflare may process ordinary web-request information in accordance with its own policies.

4. Data sharing and sale

Booking Limits does not sell or rent the app data described in this policy. Information may be processed by service providers only where necessary to operate the app or where disclosure is required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

Booking Limits does not advertise a fixed automatic retention period for all app data. App settings and operational records may be retained while needed to provide and maintain the service. A site owner may request deletion of app-specific data by contacting the support address below.

6. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect app data, including server-side handling of credentials and separation of installations using technical installation identifiers. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection.
