Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Booking Limits app. Booking Limits is provided by the independent developer identified in the Booking Limits listing in the Wix App Market.

1. What Booking Limits does

Booking Limits allows site owners to configure global and service-specific daily booking limits. When a configured limit is reached, the app can reject additional booking attempts and provide operational information about prevented bookings.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring limits appropriately for your business, reviewing your settings, maintaining your Wix account, and complying with laws that apply to your business and your customers.

3. Platform and third-party dependencies

Booking Limits depends on Wix services, Wix Bookings, internet connectivity, and other infrastructure providers. Changes, outages, errors, delays, or limitations in those services can affect Booking Limits.

4. Availability and booking outcomes

Booking Limits is designed to help enforce configured capacity limits, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Factors such as concurrent booking attempts, platform behavior, outages, or third-party service failures may affect a booking result. Site owners should continue to review bookings and capacity where operationally important.

5. Changes to the service

Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the service develops. Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary disruption.

6. Fees

If paid plans or charges apply, the relevant price and billing information will be presented through the applicable purchase or subscription flow before the charge is accepted.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Booking Limits, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited by law, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

Booking Limits and its original software, branding, and materials remain the property of their respective owner. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the software.

9. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary for security, legal compliance, serious misuse, non-payment of applicable fees, or discontinuation of the service. You may stop using the app by uninstalling it from your Wix site.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Booking Limits is provided without a guarantee that every booking conflict, capacity issue, business loss, or third-party platform error will be prevented. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Use of information by Booking Limits is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
